The Kingdom of Tonga is a country in South Pacific Ocean that worked closely with U.S. forces during World War II. Today, Royal Tongan Marines are deploying to Afghanistan to support coalition forces. Sgt. Jeremy Ross has the story.

    Pork and beef are considered red meat. Is chicken consider red meat too? If not it still has a lot of fat which is not good for human to consume in large quantity.

But I would never tell them to eat red meat! I stick to the fish and Chicken, eggs, and nuts to get my proteins! and lots of veggies with every meal!

    True, but don't eat red meat like u are used to when u are young. Which means just enough for the body at old age. Like I said before, as your body gets older it will not need as much red meat as when you are younger.

As you age you loose many essential hormones and you must replace them as you get older, including proteins! As you get older you should eat less carbs!

    I'll give you about 15 years before your body slows down a lot. The body easily prone to injuries even doing simple thing that u used to do with ease and it takes longer to heal. You can't fight aging.
    My dad is 5'7" and weighs 240 pounds. He has hypertension and taking medications to lower his cholesterol. His legs are purple. He's diagnosed with diabetic last week. Now he has to take insulin and monitor sugar level every time he eats. Don't forget the cost of medications.

    Honestly people eat a lot of red meat are likely to get heart disease. My brother is a doctor and he sees a lot of people with high blood pressure, hyper tension, artery plaque, diabetes, etc. starting in their late 30's. You should cut down your meat intake and consume more fresh fruits and vegetables. When u are young your body needs protein for proper development but as u age your body doesn't need a lot of those. Adjust your eating habit as you grow older. U are not young.
