Dramatic – but it should not have been necessary.
I AM glad to have seen this and all the other footage we've been allowed to see. Much of it is confusing to people who don't know the shape of the land there, but watching the process of creation fascinates.
And devastates, because every square meter of "creation" represents the potential loss of someone's home. Since I am very attached to whatever personal space I carve out, I can only grieve with those losing their homes…

So… Humans decide to stay even though they were warned & knowing the chances are pretty high that you get crispy fried, then put the lives of good humans in harms way to get out there and save you??? I think after being told to evacuate, those that stay… are on their own. Stop the insanity! 😡

there's another reason why flight restrictions for drones in emergency areas need to be.

Crew did a great job. Now the person they rescued should be arrested for endangering the public safety since he was asked to evacuate and refused, giving no thought to the safety of the public servants who would have to rescue him.

Stupid ass. So you selfishly go back to your hale, for whatever reason, and get trapped even though you were warned, and now endanger others……selfish. Lapuwale no ho'i. Next time leave them there, one less po'o pohaku to deal with!

"trapped between lava and a dense forest"…give us a break, lava on only one side is not a lava "trap". These old boomer cucktard potheads are just too stupid to get to safety and these rescue crews are just playing stupid hero games. When things get really bad this will end. They had a "drone" to find the guy? Then why are people with flashlights at the guys house? And why did they send people into a supposedly "deadly" situation.

Wow. The person who was rescued must have no friends or family to tell him to GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE. Drone crew deserves commendations for their heroism and bravery.

This particular areal footage looks very staged. I don't see anybody being rescued? 10 ft from house and 50 ft from driveway. You know what gives it away is the editing. Editing tricks and commentary by Wendy what they want you to believe. First, one resident was trapped, then she doesn't know exact story, the she says THEY were rescued. Now it is multiple people. USGS has lost credibility in my eyes. Get your facts right.

What did we really just see? Why do so many people just watch the tell a vision while being told what they're seeing? It was one person then it was they were rescued. Nothing they were were telling us we see can be seen at all. I seen what appeared to be drone footage of people with lights running around in different directions like they had no idea where the drone spotted the alleged victims. It's staged government bullshit.
This comment section is full of naive people regurgitating the programming.
If people are or were told straight up that if they stayed their would be no rescue attempts, as was reported then why do people blame people that allegedly stayed. They stayed under the impression that nobody's life would be risked to save them.
People are being played like children.
Get the person that chooses to stay on video signing a paper that states he or she are on their own while they remain in that area and leave them alone. It pretty simple, but we get fed all this drama that is most likely staged bullshit based on the video compared to what we're being told we see. People better start learning proper discernment before the corporate world steals everything.
These events are happening all over the world. Whatever happened to the hurricane victims on the islands in the Atlantic last year? Last we heard FEMA was stopping any outsiders from helping and stopped all shipments from being distributed to the people. What are those people going through now?
Agenda 21… Look it up people and take a good look at what's going on.

i thought the original claim was that this dude got cut off from the road and had to be guided by the drone trough the forest?
from what i see in the video the lava is coming through the forest and the "rescuers" are on the road at the end of the driveway …or am i missing something?

Can you get any more selfish than refusing evacuation orders, staying in your home that is in eminent danger and when the threat arrives on your doorstep, exactly as you were told it would, then demanding others risk their lives to save…you. Because you refused to follow orders…

Its can't be easy to try and save Mentally ill old white people. They can be real assshats without even being aware of, or being aware of what happened yesterday. That is what happens when your mind doesn't work so… 'how you say'.. Not so good.
